Unsuccessful delivery, undelivered or returned package

It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange the delivery date, ensure availability, and receive the package.

Right of withdrawal

Warranty and return conditions

We can only accept returns for new, unopened, unused, clean, undamaged and original packaging products, provided that the legal requirements are met.

If the product is defective, we will cover the cost of returning the product in the event of proven defective performance.
