The agreed delivery times may differ for complete bicycles, as they are often stored in factory boxes and are only unpacked and set up when ordered. This usually causes a delay of 1-2 working days in delivery, please take this into account!

Package collection methods: Products ordered from szexshopbelvaros.com are delivered by courier companies both domestically and internationally. We will forward their contact information after the package is shipped, so you can arrange collection with them on the day of delivery.

Shipping costs are charged for the complete package, regardless of distance or size within Hungary. Only the purchase value influences the shipping fee to be paid.

If the courier cannot find the recipient at home, he will leave a notice with the time of the attempted delivery and the courier's mobile phone number. Our contract allows you to request a new — mutually agreed — time. This must be agreed with the courier by phone. The package will only be returned to us after the second unsuccessful delivery, until then the package will be stored in the local depot.

Please be sure to check the integrity and contents of the package upon receipt, as without these, we cannot file a complaint with the courier company regarding a possibly missing part!

Right of withdrawal

The buyer (if not a legal entity) has the right to cancel the purchase after placing the order. You can express this request in an e-mail message or by phone. Please note that e-mail messages often take a long time to circulate between servers, so to take into account the request for cancellation before delivery, we can only accept the actual time of receipt in our mail program and not the time of sending the letter!

The buyer may withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 30 – thirty – working days after receipt of the product and return the product within this period in accordance with Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26) on distance contracts. The buyer bears the costs incurred in returning the goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal applies to all buyers (unless they are legal entities), but can only be exercised if the product has been tried on or tried on (new product). We only accept products returned with the right of withdrawal in a clean condition, with a block or invoice, and it will greatly facilitate the administration by filling out and attaching the following Withdrawal Statement!

In the case of a product that has already been used, the right of withdrawal cannot be enforced, but of course, by applying a jointly agreed depreciation, we can in most cases buy the product back or offset it against another product.

In the event of the buyer's withdrawal, the seller will refund the price of the goods immediately, but no later than within fourteen days. The seller will only refund the purchase price if the product is returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

The shipping costs of products returned under the right of withdrawal are borne by the buyer.

If you need a size change, you can notify our Customer Service. In such cases, the deadline may change flexibly, and it is also possible to return the original product when exchanging the package.

Please note that if you request a VAT invoice issued to a company, you do not officially have the right of withdrawal, and in the event of any refund, we can only initiate a refund to the account of the Customer (company) indicated on the invoice.

 

Warranty and Return Terms

We are unable to take back used products under any circumstances. Only new, unopened, unused products We will exchange or refund if they are defective in manufacturing or damaged during shipping.

In the case of a new, unopened product, you can make a claim towards our webshop. If the product has already been used or opened, we are unable to take it back or exchange it for hygiene reasons, even if the product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty. In such a case, the buyer must contact the manufacturer directly.by way of the contact details indicated on the packaging.

The relevant legislation: Government Decree 151/2003. (IX. 22.), the warranty period is 1 year, which is calculated from the date of purchase or - if installation is required - from the date of installation.

If the new product is defective or damaged, we will of course cover the return shipping costs, but the return must be made using the same shipping method as the original delivery. However, if the product is new and the reason for the return is not considered to be defective, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Warranty processing is only available for new, unused products, upon presentation of a receipt or invoice.

Data protection

The use of customers' personal data is carried out in accordance with the current regulations of the Data Protection Act. Each participant has the right to access, correct or delete any or all information provided by him, with the exception of invoice data (master copies of invoices), the retention of which is required by the Accounting Act.

The seller stores the buyer's data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and later proving the terms of the contract, and transfers it to its subcontractors (e.g. Posta). The subcontractors are not entitled to retain, use or transfer the personal data provided by the seller to other persons in any way.
